Rental:
Rent the whole guesthouse for up to 13 people, using all spaces and rooms.
Price per night:
€280,- / night for 6 people (without breakfast)
€35,- per additional person (Adults & Children > 12 years old)
€15,- for additional infants or children < 12 years old
All taxes are included except for accommodation tax which is charged to the guest.
**Minimum stay: 3 nights – Minimum charge: 6 people**

Cancellation Policy:
- Advance payment: 20% of the total cost.
- Cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival.
- For cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, the charge is 50% of the advance payment.
- For cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, the charge is 100% of the advance payment.
- For cancellation during the last 5 days before arrival, the reservation applies to the total accommodation cost.
Breakfast:
No breakfast is provided, but upon arrival, a “Breakfast Basket” with local goodies will be offered.
The guesthouse is equipped with TEMPUR mattresses and pillows (Developed with aerospace technology, certified by NASA), which entirely follow the body shape offering superior comfort and support for the most enjoyable sleep.
